The Dream Team: Element One, PHC, TES, Varea, HNOI, HNOGF; Not Wishful Thinking, its Hard Work (A Pictorial); CHRS Unveiling

Kinda Long. Lot of Logos huh?
Again…an attempt for me to tell you more of what I know so you can know at least a part of what I know and why what I know is huge. I will take you through a pictorial guide of why indeed, we have a “Dream Team” and a blueprint for building the largest infrastructure for Green Hydrogen production in the USA. Some of you still might not believe me, and that’s ok, but at least you now know some of what I know.
The Dream Team
Element One Energy
Do you know what the first element on the periodic table is? It’s Hydrogen. A fitting name for a company that produces highly efficient electrolyzers that use electricity and water to produce hydrogen gas. Located in Colorado Springs Colorado, they are a leader in electrolyzer production. With a vast experience in pressurized, liquified and solid hydrogen storage, they are well-versed in handling hydrogen in various forms, ensuring safe and efficient storage solutions. Their expertise not only contributes to advancing hydrogen storage and production technologies but also positions them as a significant player in the journey towards achieving carbon neutrality in the energy sector.
They will be producing a specialized electrolyzer sized specifically to compliment the infrastructure network that HNOI intends to build.
PHC
Pneumatic and Hydraulic Company, a stalwart in the industry since 1959. Specializing in pneumatic, hydraulic, and fluid parts, they also offer invaluable repair services and custom hydrostatic testing solutions. Their role in integrating high-pressure systems for HNO is pivotal, ensuring our operations are both safe and efficient. TES
Total Energy Solutions, a full-service generator company that’s more than just a vendor; they’re a solutions provider. From selling and renting generators to offering microgrid power solutions and business continuity planning, their expertise is vast and varied. Their know-how in power solutions dovetails perfectly with HNO’s initiatives in hydrogen fuel cells and hydrogen co-combustion generators. Varea Energy
Varea Energy, a trailblazer in consumer hydrogen fuel products. Their focus on decarbonizing the transportation sector and advancing green energy applications is nothing short of groundbreaking. In synergy with HNOI’s mission, Varea is assisting in commercializing hydrogen refueling stations, a critical component in scaling hydrogen fuel adoption. They are also instrumental in bringing together the engineering team to help in the design and implementation of CHRS (Compact Hydrogen Refueling Station). HNOI
HNO International Inc. (HNO meaning Hydrogen and Oxygen) is a publicly traded company, currently fully reporting directly to the SEC and Regulation 1-A qualified. With our unique approach we are poised to become one of the first, if not the first, to develop a truly distributed and decentralized green hydrogen network of farms and refueling stations throughout the USA.

Since 2012, HNO Green Fuels, Inc. has been involved in the research and development of innovative green hydrogen technologies to bring clean, affordable, and decentralized energy to all. HNOGF purchased, cleaned up and set up the former shell company now known as HNO International, Inc and owns the majority stake in HNOI.

One of our first steps in deciding to be able to fill hydrogen fuel cell cars with hydrogen, was to get a couple of hydrogen fuel cell cars. Can’t fill one if you don’t have one.

How exactly do you fill one of those hydrogen fuel cell EV tanks? Well, it turns out at that time we had a choice. We could either try to order one 700 bar tank from a tank supplier for roughly $15,000 and wait about 6 – 8 months (or more) for delivery or (as was suggested in one of our engineering session) we order two Toyota Marais for roughly $20,000 and get four 700 bar tanks in two weeks. We decided the ladder. That’s why you see those two Marais arriving in Houston on that transport truck.
We did, however, have something special in mind for one of them. It was going to require a little work.
No…it was not in an accident.
We took it apart. Piece by piece. Until we got the components we needed.
I think that was done in a day. (Freaking Dream Team)
Simultaneously, we had to think about the electrolyzers (the things that actually make the hydrogen gas). What exactly do electrolyzers look like, you might ask?
Here’s a set of the electrolyzers we use for CHRS, but…and this may come as a shocker….but they don’t exactly come “pre-configured”.
Because of that, there was a little bit of contemplation to be done.
So they had to be organized and configured.
Until….TA-DA. 5 Electrolyzers, one water tank and one dryer.
That’s nice….but don’t they have to produce hydrogen somehow?
Ok, so lets do a few electrical and piping connections.
And maybe a few more electrical connections and piping connections.
Now, we need to connect to real power and add a few circuit breakers for safety.
And Voila….Now….. we are ready to produce hydrogen (and we did)
This was also done fairly quickly. (Freaking Dream Team)
But, doesn’t the water we use to get the hydrogen from need to be purified when it goes into the electrolyzer?
Yes….as a matter of fact, it does
And we can do that (and did that)..
No grass growing under these guys feet. (Freaking Dream Team)
Well what about compression? Doesn’t the hydrogen coming out of the electrolyzers need to be compressed so that it can be put into the tank of the vehicle?
Well yea…here is a compressor. The question is, how can we compress hydrogen gas with it?
Well if you’ve been doing compression for 60+ years, you kinda know what to do. Put it in a box and “pipe it up” to some meters and gauges and call it a day.

It’s still a “go”. CHRS is scheduled to be unveiled at the Greentown ClimateTech Summit on November 1, 2023. As of this writing, I only have a screenshot of the computer controls of CHRS. The rest will be in an upcoming email update.
