Company Reflections: Don Owens’ Keynote at USHA’s Second Annual Hydrogen Policy Leaders Convention
On March 2, 2024, Don Owens, founder and chairman of HNO International, took the stage as the keynote speaker at USHA’s Second Annual Hydrogen Policy Leaders Convention in Tysons Corner, VA. His address, titled “Regional Hydrogen Production: Transitioning the World Away From Fossil Fuels and Black Carbon,” resonated with policymakers and industry stakeholders gathered from across the United States. Owens delved into a spectrum of pressing issues, ranging from our world dependence on the fossil fuel energy infrastructure, to black carbon’s role in accelerating climate change. However, amidst the challenges, Owens outlined solutions through a regional and local approach to clean and green hydrogen production, distribution, and refueling with SHEP and CHRS.
